Description

Paper dolls were printed by McLoughlin Brothers from their beginning in 1858, all the way up to the 1940s, after their acquisition by Milton Bradley.
These paper dolls reflect the firm's efforts to adapt to the socio-political events of the times. An outfit for one of the dolls includes a sash over the outfit and a placard both reading "Votes for women."
