Line-engraving. Large eagle, holding in beak a small watch and a banner that reads: "Watches for Sale," and perched on large oval with watchmaker name and address and around which reads: "Move the Regulator With the Sun to make the Watch go Faster, against it to make it go Slower." Lined and ornamental border of leaves. On paper.

Inscription on verso: "June 28, 1843/Dec 26, 1834."
Size: 5.4 cm in diameter.
