Humorous story about a city boy trying to ride a pig. The author, Almon E. Pitts (b. 1859) was an Akron, Ohio, amateur who used the pseudonym “Twirly Twisty.” The printer John S. Reese (b. 1859) was also from Akron; he became a newspaper printer there and later settled in Bremen, Georgia.
