The Weekly News was published in Newburgh, Orange County, New York during 1875. The paper only contains one sheet and it is written in pencil. The title is decorated and there is an advertisement for a concert by W.E.L. Wards on March 3, 1875 in Newburgh. It also contains three printed sewing thread labels in the middle of the sheet. There is another advertisement for B.B. Bazaar, written with a backwards "z." The drawing in the advertisement shows a shirt and states "Best fits - buy The Weekly News - Buy The Monthly News at W.E.L. Wards."
