The article presents the outline of the proceedings of the semi-annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society, held on April 30, 1884 at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in Boston, Massachusetts. A list of presiding members is given. The society annual reports regarding membership, finance and the society library are discussed. Portions from an address by George H. Moore on New England colonial law is also included.
