Notes on the Bibliography of Witchcraft in Massachusetts.

The article presents discussion regarding historical research and bibliography collecting of the witchcraft hysteria of late 17th century Massachusetts. Introductory comments are given noting the scarcity of preserved documents as of the late 19th century. Discussion is given reviewing multiple volumes which were contemporary to the witchcraft crisis including Cotton Mather's "Wonders of the Invisible World," as well as later works offering historical commentary, including letters, tracts and entries in almanacs and encyclopedias.
