A report issued by the American Antiquarian Society (AAS) librarian is presented. The author discusses alterations to the AAS Library's shelving to increase storage space and the relocation of the society's collection of school textbooks. The Smithsonian Institution retained the AAS on its list of institutions which receive its annual reports. The acquisition of the manuscript "Biblia Sacra" as well as additional books, pamphlets, newspapers, engravings and photographs by the AAS Library is commented on. A list detailing bequests and donations to the AAS was created.
