Report of the Council.

Information is presented about several reports discussed at the semi-annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society on April 29, 1891. Reports include that of the Treasurer and Librarian. The death of several society members is also discussed, including Dr. Henry Martyn Dexter and Edward Isaiah Thomas.
