The article presents information on a meeting of the American Antiquarian Society (AAS) which was held in Boston, Massachusetts on April 27, 1892. Minister George E. Ellis presented a paper on Earth's history as represented in museums and libraries. A plan to improve the society's library services was presented. A paper on Rhode Island intellectual life was also presented.
