Proceedings.

Information is presented concerning the proceedings of the semi-annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society (AAS), held on April 25, 1894 at the Hall of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in Boston, Massachusetts. Several members were present, including Robert C. Winthrop, George E. Ellis, and Reuben A. Guild. Dr. G. Stanley Hall presented the Report of the Council. Council recommendations for membership are also discussed.
