The article presents brief announcements concerning the management of the American Antiquarian Society as of October 1895. Results of several votes from the Executive Council of the society are given, pertaining to the duties of the librarian and the management of estates bequeathed to the association. Obituaries for former members of the society are also included, such as Hamilton Andrews Hill, John Fletcher Williams, and James Jackson.
