Report of the Council.

The article presents news briefs concerning the management of the American Antiquarian Society as of April 1900. Comments are given noting the memorial of several members who had recently died, including Othniel C. Marsh, William S. Barton, and Charles M. Lamson. Discussion is given regarding the society's ongoing projects in bibliography publishing and recent archive accessions. The financial conditions of the Society are also addressed.
