Report of the Council.

The article presents news briefs concerning the management of the American Antiquarian Society as of April 1900. Discussion is given regarding the society's ongoing projects in bibliography work and recent archive accessions. The financial conditions of the Society are addressed. Obituaries for former members are also given including Edward Griffin Porter, Daniel Garrison Brinton, and Thomas Francis Bayard.
