Report of the Librarian.

The article presents a report by the Librarian of the American Antiquarian Society (AAS). The author discusses Christopher C. Baldwin's appointment as AAS librarian and notes a lack of funding for the binding of periodicals and newspapers acquired by the society. Donations of books, pamphlets, newspapers, photographs and manuscripts to the society are noted. A copy of the book "New Pocket Biographical Dictionary" has been donated to the AAS Library. Letters from former Massachusetts governor John Davis and his wife Eliza Davis were also donated to the society. A deed regarding the sale of slaves was also acquired by the society.
