Report of the Council.

The article presents the Report of the Council form the semi-annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society in 1903. The article presents information on the establishment of the by-laws of the society and how the reports of the council came into being. The article notes that the first report of the council was given in October 1814 by American Antiquarian Society President Isiah Thomas.
