Will of Thomas Hore of Bristol. His Oaken Chest.

The article presents a reproduction of the last will of Thomas Hore, the Burgess of Bristol, England in 1466. Introductory comments are given discussing the genealogy of Hore, discussing his place in the English government of the 15th century and citing its connection to the author. The document is presented in both its original Latin as well as a translation into English. Additional discussion is given to the preservation of his Oak-wood chest.
