The article presents information on an annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society (AAS) held in Worcester, Massachusetts on October 24, 1906. AAS vice-president Edward Everett Hale discussed the passing of former AAS president Stephen Salisbury. The passage of the ship "Gjöa" through the Bering Strait by naval captain Roald Amundsen is noted. The discovery of a 17th-century pamphlet listing the laws of Massachusetts is also discussed.
