The article presents information on a semi-annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society (AAS) held at Ellis Hall in Boston, Massachusetts on April 17, 1907. Financing for the publication of British royal proclamations by the society was approved. Nominations for AAS membership were presented and approved. Changes to the society's by-laws were reviewed and approved.
