The article presents information on an annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society (AAS) held on October 21, 1908 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Nominees for membership, such as James Bourne Ayer, Max Farrand and Arthur Prentice Rugg, were elected to the society. Waldo Lincoln was re-elected as AAS president. Edmund M. Barton resigned as AAS librarian and was appointed Librarian Emeritus by the AAS Council.
