Special Meeting of the Council.

The article presents the proceedings of the special meetings of the executive council of the American Antiquarian Society on February 24, 1909 and June 12, 1909 to respond to the deaths of the society vice president Edward Everett Hale and member Carroll D. Wright. Eulogy remarks are provided for both figures. Announcements are given regarding the resolution of the society to attend their funerals.
