The article presents the proceedings of the semi-annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society held at the Hall of the Massachusetts Historical Society in Boston on April 14, 1915. A list of presiding members is included. The results of elections for society offices are described. The papers presented at the meeting are also listed, including "Notes on Rhode Island Almanacs," "Justus Fox, a German printer of the Last Century," and "Connecticut's Ratification of the Federal Constitution."
