The proceedings of the annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society held at the Hall of the Society in Worcester, Massachusetts on October 18, 1916 are given. A list of presiding members is included. The results of the society's periodic elections are described. The papers presented at the meeting included "The Mason Title and its Relation to New Hampshire and Massachusetts," "The Hornbook and its Use in America," and "Historical Notes relating to the Second Settlement of Worcester."
