Report of the Council.

The article presents a report delivered at the semi-annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society held on April 12, 1922. The author states that reports made by the Treasurer and Librarian at the previous meeting were so thorough that he has nothing to add to them. The author also discusses a field for survey in the previous Proceedings, members who recently passed away, and a fellowship in American History at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.
