The article presents information on an annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society (AAS) which was held on October 21, 1925 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Waldo Lincoln was re-elected as AAS president and Arthur Prentice Rugg and Clarence Winthrop Bowen were elected as AAS vice-presidents. A provision of the society's by-laws regarding membership dues was eliminated. A paper on the reception of the U.S. Declaration of Independence in Massachusetts was presented.
