New-Found Letters of Josiah Gregg, Santa Fé Trader and Historian.

The article presents reproductions of multiple letters by the 19th century merchant of the western United States, Josiah Gregg. A biographical introduction is provided, reviewing Gregg's life and career as a doctor in Missouri and Kentucky. Letters presented include discourse between the Gregg and author and diplomat John Bigelow between 1844 and 1846.
