A treasury report for the American Antiquarian Society (AAS) for the year ending September 30, 1931 is presented. The report lists assets of the society, including stocks and bonds invested in railroads, public utilities, banks and mortgages as well as the society's land holdings and library building. Income from the society's securities in firms such as the Jersey Central Power and Light Company and the Narragansett Electric Company as well as publication sales and gifts are noted. Shares in firms such as the United States Steel Corporation and the Portland General Electric Company were purchased.
