The article presents an outline of the proceedings of the semi-annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society held at the Club of Odd Volumes in Boston, Massachusetts on April 19, 1939. A list of presiding members is included. The results of society elections are described. The presentations given at the meeting are also listed, including "Early Diplomatic Missions from Buenos Aires to the United States, 1811-1825," "The Ark and the Dove," and "A Century and a Half of Journalism in Hayti."
