Report of the Librarian.

The article presents the annual report of the chief librarian of the American Antiquarian Society, discussing the condition and developments of the association's collections and archives as of October 1946. An overview of accessions gained by the society during the year is given, highlighting the contributions of the trust of the late Frank B. Bemis and his personal library collection. Mention is also given to individual collections given to the society by other American institutions such as the New York Library, and the Worcester theater.
