The Pacific Commercial Advertiser is an English-language newspaper edited by American evangelist Henry Martyn Whitney (1824-1904). The Pacific Commercial Advertiser was published from July 1856 to May 1888. From July to September 1856, the newspaper printed a section in Hawaiian with the title Ka Hoku Loa o Hawaii. During the same time frame, Whitney published another newspaper in Hawaiian under the title Ka Hoku Loa.
