Ka Hoku Loa

Ka Hoku Loa is a newspaper printed in Hawaiian and English, published by American evangelist Henry Martyn Whitney (1824-1904). It first appeared in July 1856 and ceased publication in September 1856. In its last issue, Whitney tells readers that the Hawaiian language printing will discontinue until a faster printing press arrives from America sometime in 1857. Printing did not resume.
