The article presents the semi-annual report of the treasurer of the American Antiquarian Society, presented at the annual meeting in Worcester, Massachusetts concerning the six months ending October 17, 1884. Details are given describing the general financial conditions of the Society as well as providing multiple charts and accounts for specific funds for collections and research, bookbinding, and publishing. Comments are also given regarding the foundation of the Lincoln Legacy Fund and its purpose and structure.
