The article presents the proceedings of the semi-annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society held at the Hall of the American Academy of Arts and Science in Boston, Massachusetts on April 24, 1895. A list of presiding members is included. The results of society elections are given. Papers presented at the meeting are also listed, including "The Story of Chequamegon Bay," by Reuben G. Thwaites, and "The Food of Certain American Indians and Their Methods of Preparing It," by Lucien Carr.
