Land Titles of the American Antiquarian Society.

The article discusses land titles owned by the American Antiquarian Society (AAS). The author discusses a mistake he made regarding the sale of land to Worcester, Massachusetts resident John Chandler Jr. He comments that the land at Summer Street in Worcester was not sold to Chandler by land owner Thomas Palmer but had come from the land of farmer Daniel Henchman. Henchman's daughter Susannah Harris sold part of the land to clergyman Isaac Burr, who subsequently sold it to Worcester resident Thomas Stearns. Stearns later sold the land to Chandler.
