The article presents information on a meeting of the American Antiquarian Society (AAS) which was held on April 12, 1911 in Boston, Massachusetts. C.S. Brigham was elected as interim AAS recording secretary. AAS president Waldo Lincoln discusses the completion of the construction of a building for the society and notes a lack of growth for the society's centennial fund. Nominees for membership such as Archibald Cary Coolidge and John Spencer Bassett were elected to the society.
