Report of the Librarian.

A report by the librarian of the American Antiquarian Society (AAS) is presented. The author discusses book and pamphlet acquisitions for the AAS Library donated by AAS members. A bequest by physician Samuel Abbott Green of books and pamphlets to the AAS, including the pamphlet "A Word in Season," by Samuel Phillips, is noted. The society's acquisition of the book "The Young Secretary's Guide: Or, a Speedy Help to Learning," by Thomas Hill is commented on. Almanacs such as "The Kentucky Almanac" have also been added to the society's collections.
