Report of the Council.

The article presents news briefs concerning the management of the American Antiquarian Society as of April 1930. Comments are given highlighting memorials for the recent deaths of prominent members of the society, including William B. Scofield, William H. Taft, and Samuel Morris Conant. Discussion on the society's policies regarding archive collections is included. The financial conditions of the society are also addressed. Further notes are given discussing the society's library building.
