Report of the Council.

The article presents news briefs concerning the management of the American Antiquarian Society as of April 1933. Comments are given highlighting the deaths of several members, including society former presidents Calvin Coolidge and Waldo Lincoln, and member Alfred Johnson. Mention is given to the financial situation of the society due to the decline in U.S. financial conditions. Refurbishments made to the society's library are also listed.
