Report of the Council.

The article presents news briefs concerning the management of the American Antiquarian Society as of October 1935. Comments are given highlighting memorials for the recent deaths of members of the society, including Marshall H. Saville, Edward Herbert Thompson and Frederick H. Gillett. Ongoing construction projects for the Worcester, Massachusetts library are discussed. The financial conditions of the society are also addressed.
