Report of the Council.

The article presents news briefs concerning the management of the American Antiquarian Society as of October 1943. Comments are given regarding the management and physical improvements made to the Society library building in Worcester, Massachusetts. Discussion is given regarding the society's ongoing projects in bibliography publishing and recent archive accessions. The financial conditions of the Society are also addressed in connection to World War II.
