The article presents an outline of the proceedings of the semi-annual meeting of the American Antiquarian Society held at the Club of Odd Volumes in Boston, Massachusetts on April 21, 1948. A list of presiding members is included. The results of society elections are described. Presentations given are also listed, including "The Edwards-Chauncy Debate, 1740-1746," and "Brothers of the Spade: Correspondence of Peter Collinson, of London, and John Custis, of Williamsburg, 1734-1746."
